Altar Work
For altar work, we would train some people who would lay hands on and pray for those who come forward for salvation or any prayers. First of all I would prefer that Elders and lay pastor come and minister on the Altar, but if we ran out of people then we would have the trained altar workers minister.
Children’s Ministry
Children’s Ministry
We hold children’s ministry as a vital part of the church for raising up the next generation. Our children are God’s future leaders. We want to have children ministry for our church from nursery to six grades. As our church is established and grows, we would love to have ministry for the unsaved children of the community.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s Ministry
We believe that women are as important as men in ministry. They are called and an indispensable part of body of Christ. We would organize events for women where they can meet together and may invite guest speakers to minister to them. The Founders have special care for the women’s ministry.
Men’s Ministry
Men’s Ministry
We want to have a men’s ministry as we consider it to be the core ministry. We want organize men’s prayer groups and an occasional prayer breakfast. We also want to encourage accountability and Bible studies for the man as spiritual leader and priest of the home.
Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry
As our church grows, we do want to have a Youth ministry as well as ministering to the single members of the church. It would be added as the foundation expands, concentrating on the youth ministry first.
Pre-marital Counselling
Pre-marital Counselling
Counselling would be a vital part of the church, especially in the area of pre-marital counselling. My wife and I would provide initial pre-marital counselling for all members moving in the direction of marriage.
Evangelism
Evangelism
Evangelism is the greatest way for church growth. We would organize some outreach programs in our community to evangelize. An important and vital way to reach the unsaved would be through the cell group ministry.
Leadership Development
Leadership Development
Discipleship training would be a vehicle for raising up future leaders in the church. We would build on that as the church grew.
Visiting Ministry
Visiting Ministry
We would welcome proven visiting ministries to minister to the congregation as the opportunity arose. I would ask and approve all visitors speaking in the church.
Other Pastors in Area
Other Pastors in Area
We would like to work with and fellowship with other pastors within the community. I would love to begin a prayer and intercessory time for many of the pastors - to solidify unity in Christ Jesus. I want us to be a blessing and not a threat to the surrounding churches and pastors.
